I have a rear shock leaking. I know it's under warranty. But they must be really crappy shocks. Anybody know of any quality aftermarket units? Bilstein lists nothing and KYB has rear only. I can't find a phone number for billstien.

I had the same problem with the Bilstein website. Try it again, but click on the menu instead of typing it out. My 2019 XLT Max uses 24-285056 in the front and 24-285063 in the rear. I found the best prices at stage 3 motorsports. I think it is 15% off until January 31st.

I have been reading different threads and have read some people say that a limited has CCD but then they also say 302 option group and up. Mine has the 301A and is a Limited 2018. I have started to hear a bit of a thump out of the front left that I really don’t recall hearing before. I have examined both front struts and neither one has any more oily fluid around it then the other (very minimal) but there was a weird oil spot on my driveway in November and thought it was from a rental I had that just had a oil change. I just started to notice the thump in the last few weeks. The way it sounds is that when you have a leaking one it is very obvious. Any guidance on if I have a bleeder or not? I did notice the label on the strut says “gas filled”. So that makes me think I don’t have these weird defective shocks and struts that leak a oily liquid but I know nothing about shocks/struts. HELP

The shocks contain oil AND nitrogen gas...There should be zero oily fluid around the shock housing. I have a 2018 with 17.5K miles on it - Driver's side front and rear struts are blown...Just put KYB's in the rear, Bilstein's on backorder for the fronts....'Shocking'...and dyslexic

If you have 22" wheels, you have the CCD set-up and (so far) should not have to worry about the problems folks have described on here. If you have any other wheel size, you do not have the CCD and you may very well be looking at some new suspension bits under warranty.

I put bilsteins on mine and am really happy with them. I ride is a little more firm but feels more controlled. I personally really like the ride before and after. I also thought it was better with the camper hitched up. The wife didn't notice a difference she said, so it could have all been in my head.

Are they the blisteins with 3 position adjustable height? If so, what height did you set?
