Congrats on your purchase. We just bought a 2024 in December. We had a 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander for about 6 months, but with all the recalls and the strange noises that the Dealer kept trying to say was "normal sounds for the hybrid system," we dumped it for the 2024 Expedition. I've learned my lesson about New Model Year 1st Runs... never again, so it was important for us to get a 2024 instead of the new 2025. A little research showed that many of the problems were corrected after 2022. We noticed typical, low build quality (driver rear door not aligned, center console cover doesnt always close as it should), but they've been simple enough for me to sort out. I think all the cars post-Covid are a crap shoot and definitely not built like they used to be. Dealer service centers are a joke as well. BUT, we're enjoying the Expedition.
