I just picked up a pre-owned 2006 Expedition and am having one heck of a time locating the id to get it activated. I called Sirius, we went through a few button pushing exercises with no luck, they even looked up the vin and found nothing. Any thoughts??? Thanx...

Let's rule out the basics first.
Are you sure that the sirius module is actually installed?
Can you see the antenna on the roof?

Yes, no question about it. At times I can see various Sirius channels on the display, just no audio. I also see a display that says contact Sirius when I press the sat button.

Thought I would share this info...."Special thanx to Buzzforbrains, over on the BlueOval". Hold1 and 6 together for 3 seconds and the ESD will show up...Not sure if this method will work on anything other then an 06. Thanx again for the help guys...
