I plan to black it out completely and change the running boards. Any tips pics or advice would be awesome!

Buff out those headlights lol they're matching your beige trim

use some bleache white (you can get it at Walmart or parts store) on the running boards and on the tires. the bleach white will take all the dirt out of the little cracks in the texture of the running boards, use a dish brush they will look brand new. same with the white lettering on the tires.

I’m slowly working on changing things on it. The head lights and tail lights are all gonna be replaced as well as running boards and trim. The cost was transfer fee only for the truck I got it as a gift
