Went to the Stealer the other day for a hesitation under heavy acceleration. Part of the problem was found to be a piece of plastic lodged in the intake, the other problem was told to me that I need a tune up.
I inquired how much and the service writer tells me $600 unless they break any plugs...

WTF??? So Ford puts out a lousy design and expects the consumer of the product to pay for it. Way to go Ford, another excellent example of awesome customer service.

You can do it yourself and save a few. the is a tool you can purchase that is supposed to facilitate the removal of broken spark plugs...
