Tires and wheel balance are always first guess (don't forget pressure) but combustion instability can also cause vibration. What octane are you using? If not on premium put in a tank full after near empty and see if it goes away or changes. If so it could be tuning issue. Anything that influences air flow (dirty filter), fuel flow (pump, filter etc.) or spark (plugs, coil, advance control sensors) can cause combustion instability. I'm not saying this is likely just possible. Especially if only felt at high speed or high load (most people would not notice vibration under high acceleration as it's kind of expected).
Other scarier things are transmission, drive shaft or rear/transfer gear induced vibration.

Maybe the hardest to find or that you might not think to investigate are aerodynamic induced vibration around or under the vehicle (speed induced!). Lastly, when did it start or has it always been there? Drive a similar vehicle maybe it's just common Ford feel and your overly sensitive. Good luck.

Steering wheel shake is 99% chance front wheel balance. Feeling it in the seat would be rear wheel balance issues. Not just any shop can balance these rims so shop wisely...I know from experience. If you will note there aren't any weights visible on the outside. My '16 is smooth up to where I let off at triple digits MPH.

Take a look at the inside of the wheel for a strip of weights. It is possible that they either fell off or broke off. At the same time check to see if there is any mud or other debris stuck to the inside of the wheel. Even a small amount of mud or dirt can throw off the balancing. Then I would check to see if the tire has a sidewall bubble or perhaps has a steel belt broken. Of course a bent or damaged rim can also throw it off (it may nor be visible from the outside, only the inside.

I have 29k on my 2018 and the shaking/vibration just recently got bad. Took it to tire place to get looked at and all 4 tires were badly cupped and it was out of alignment. Was not expecting to get new tires this soon! Frustrating.....

One pothole or curb hit would do that...

I can feel some very light steering wheel vibration at highway speeds that seem to be transferred from the engine/transmission and not due to wheel balancing. It is at a much higher frequency than wheel balancing and can also be felt in the gas pedal.

I am not concerned about it since it is barely noticeable and other brands showed much worse Drivetrain vibration on test drives (I am talking about you Armada).
