Could be a number of things. PCV could be getting clogged, thick oil not getting to the top-end of the motor, idler bearing going bad, bad fuel injector, or clogged cats. Sometimes the air filter housing, esp. aftermarket filters/intakes, can make a humming or whistle sound, but not sure if that would equate to a vibration. How bad is the vibration...is the engine shaking, is the drivetrain shaking, or is it a rattle?
Trannys are fairly stout as they are designed with towing in mind. But as any other item on a car can go bad without warning. Keeping up with the maintenance is the most important thing. If that's done, it could last a long time.

nope no air suspention.

i was thinking more along the lines of my tranny or converter.
Cause it only does it in Drive and stopped.. if i put it in netral or is i let go of the breaks and move it, goes away.

thanks for the help guys.
Im going to flush the tranny, change the filter and see what happens. Maybe non-melcron V has made its way into my tranny some where along the line. and this is some form of shutter Ford was trying to aviod with melcron V.
