I just left my truck in a dealership and they sent me back this picture
I wonder what it can be?

Sound packing from the resonator and/or muffler. Will have to be replaced.

Good time to replace it with an aftermarket Cat-Back exhaust, and not that stock crap, so that doesn't happen again.

This!

glass pack muffler/resonator that has failed. Lots of F150’s experiencing this in recent years. Not surprised but First time I’ve seen this on an expy

Had this happen to mine last year. You can't repack it. The resonator will have to replaced. I just had them put another stock resonator on it. If it goes again maybe I'll think of doing something different now that I'm outside the powertrain warranty.

Ha! My 16’ did that as well. I almost sh*t myself when I saw what looked like the chick from the ring coming out from under my car. I haven’t fixed it. Vehicle sounds a bit nicer in my opinion

Just happened on my 19 a few weeks ago. Just ripped it all off and tossed it out. Sounds fine. I'm waiting for my 22 so show up no way I'm paying for a new exhaust.

My 2018 just started to puke the packing yesterday. Hello new resonator and muffler.
