Okay! I want to a a 2nd box on the opposite side from the factory installed one. I replaced the destroyed factory speaker in the stock box, with an 8" M class Memphis single coil. I have a 2nd one to use. On the drivers side, I have a storage space in the sidewall rear, which tells me there is open space there. Does anyone know of a box I can buy? I am having no luck finding one pre-made. Just wondering if anyone may have done this already and knows of a maker. Thanks in advance for any input.

I have never seen one for that side ( doesn't mean there isn't one)
I think you'd be best to make your own or go to a shop to have one built.

I was looking at some of the preformed boxes out there for the Expedition and all of them show the passenger side. But like Canadian said, that doesn't mean that there is not one out there.

Do you have a friend that's a good carpenter? Have him make on like the passenger side. Can't be that hard! Put some dynamat behind both sides, it cleans up the bass, and calms down that horrible mid bass sound that happens when the built in crossover is set too high. If you can wire in a good quality electronic crossover. That's what I used in my other cars. Really cleans up the low end. Blends in better with the mids . Let us know how it turns out.
