Just crank the t-keys in front and they will fit fine but if you want a lift ive2wheel just got a 3in front and rear but he is running 35s

Or you get a body lift 2-3 inches

Would rather get new keys and spacers. And thanks to brutal Michigan road salt, a body lift is out of the question..

Even the new torsion keys put a little extra stress on the cv shafts and boots. I live in Michigan too. I wish you luck with the keys. Lots of heat and a big hammer. Make sure the load is off everything and drop the cross member, to get the bars outta the keys. The gas tank is to close on the driver side. Mine has been a michigan truck its hole life. It was a ***** to get them out. A few days and some cussing and swearing. feel free to check out my album for some pics. If you have anyquestions feel free to ask.

If I where you I would go with 2inch. Don't twist the key all the way up and it will give you 2inch in front 3inch in the rear will really end up only being 2.5 because you will have to remove the booster on top of the coil. You will be able to run 35s with a little trimming

I didnt have to trim anything with mine. and I run 35x12.5x17 tsl's it may rub on heavy articulation not sure yet. There is a very small rub at full lock on the right side sway bar. But I'm about to fix that. Depending how many miles your truck has you may want to consider ordering new springs for the back too. Look at rockauto.com we even get a 5% discount through here. I got mine for like $60-$70. rides much better and the factory one was actually broke when I pulled it out. New shocks too if you can afford it. Rides much better. What part of Michigan are you from?

I'm in White Lake. I actually work at O'Reilly's in Milford and my discount is something like 15% I've been concerned about rubbing too. But seeing what you run. I'm fairly positive I'll be more then fine. Last winter was absolutely brutal to the Expy.. Rust is so bad its not even funny. I do want new shocks all the way around and was thinking about Ranchos. But if I can get away with a stock or better than stock option then I'll be okay with that too.

I bought factory coils for mine. I dont do any towing with mine just mud and street use. They are fine. I've heard you can run with front super duty springs (f250), but I havent had anybody confirm it, though I've heard it being done. I run Rancho 9000xl on mine run about $95 a piece, I love them. You can run the 5000's too (which are about $40 each) but I know a few people have complained about how soft they ride. You get what you pay for with your drive line. You can run stock shock With the lift you're doing just not the best. But it will work. My rears i ordered to have a 3 inch taller shock for the lift the fronts are factory height cause the torsion bars lift the vehicle but not the distance between the upper and lower control arm.

I don't tow much either. Its turning into a trail and mud truck as well. I just don't like being the smallest full size vehicle in the parking lot... This will be a paycheck well spent.
