What switches on the doors and dash should be illuminated on my 2003 XLT.

The above list is for the 2003 Expedition and some information may not apply to every model. For example if you do not have heated seats you will not have the lighted switches

Only my drivers side window switch does NOT illuminate. Additionally, the auto down doesn't work single down does. Is it an individual switch problem or the whole set? Thanks!

It's a common failure item. You can get the whole switch from Rock Auto for $47 and it will have all the lighting in it. It's plug and play. ( Airtex 1S9201 )
