Sync 3 forgets new phone

Just got a new phone and was able to pair it no problem, but every time I turn off the truck, Sync forgets the phone and asks me to add a phone.
I have restarted the phone, done a soft sync reset and still no luck. Running the latest sync software. Any ideas?

OK, so a master reset appears to have done the trick.

What is your Sync Version? Depending on the version, the issue could return.

There were a few versions that have issues with the swap space. They will cause issues like this.

I do a master reset after every firmware update. It's a force of habit, because of work. It insures there are no "ghosts in the machine", that can cause malfunction issues to surface.
