2017 SYNC 3 touch screen occasionally does not want to accept input. It only happens to my wife of course... Before I call her out for wearing gloves or having no circulation, has anyone ever come across this before with their SYNC 3 GUI?

Mine can be sluggish when its below freezing until the car warms up a bit but its never frozen up.
I've been in the truck as low as -10 with some sluggishness/slow response. But it never ignored touch input. It was near 40 degrees this morning and the Mrs. is claiming it happened... who knows what actually occurred. I'll hav to drive it more myself to try and catch it in the act.
