all of a sudden check engine light came on yesterday,
P1635 : tire axle out of range
p0401 : insufficient egr flow

as far as the p1635 , ive had the larger tires for a few weeks so why all the sudden?

as for p0401 , should i just change the valve and sensor? $100 for parts to eliminate chasing one or the other down seems like the best solution, and if its the cleaning of valve for a possible fix i think id rather just replace it and be done with it. or could it be something else?

first check engine light ive had on this vehicle 123,000 mi.

The Superchips could be causing it to throw the tire code.
Check the axle and tire size settings in the tuner.

That EGR code is probably the channels behind that throttle body. Take it off along with the upper part of the intake that the throttle body connects to and clean out those egr channels. They get clogged with gunk. If you have the extra cash I would throw in a new EGR valve. Definately cant hurt. But a new valve will do nothing if those channels are not free and clear. Good luck with it.
