Good day,
These codes seem related to the ABS sensor. Which I am unable to diagnose where I live.
I changed the ABS sensors for the rear wheels as the cables were damaged. But these codes also indicate a failure of the ABS module, which I am not sure how to locate/buy
Included is the diagram for the affected part.

Also, The video I have attached shows the Engine light and the ABS light both blinking when I put the key into start position and wait 30 seconds. What is that?

I can’t answer your question, but be aware that the ABS unit is programmed to the car, so if you fit a new ABS unit you need to be able to reprogram the car or take it to a ford dealer and have them reprogram the car, otherwise the car will not recognize the new ABS unit. My ford dealer won’t work on cars >10 years old, so you might have issues getting yours programmed if you decide to change the unit. You might be able to find a shop that can refurbish your unit (so your car won’t need reprogramming), just wanted to make you aware of this.

I would double check those wheel sensors. I have heard, but not verified, that the ABS ECU needs to self test on one of the wheel sensors (Passenger front?) and if it does not see it, it will not boot up. If you are getting just the B1342 it may be a bad ABS module.I had the B1342 and went out and bought a NOS from e-bay. It needs programming. I need to get mine programmed up. Been spending too much time looking at all those lights.

My truck would sometimes throw ABS codes and the dash brake warning indicator would light up. Chased the issue with my wallet for a bit, and each new part improve braking as I was replacing worn parts anyway, but never fully fixed the issue.

Last year I looked into replacing the ABS module and found it's no longer available new, programmed to the vehicle, expensive, etc. and decided to try something free. The free fix worked.

What worked for me on my 2010: unplug the big connector on the side of the ABS module, spray both the connector and the ABS module pins with DeoxIT D5, spread some dielectric grease on the connector holes that connect to the ABS pins, and reassemble.

That's it. Intermittent fault codes were thrown due to poor electrical connections.

For the minimal cost (assuming you don't already have DeoxIT and dielectric grease on hand) and 10 minutes of effort it's worth trying.
