Time for a tune up

I have a 98 expedition 5.4L that started miss firing today, I really dont have the time or patience to change them so I was wondering if anyone knew about how much it would cost for a complete tune up. Thanks for your imput in advance. Oh yeah, it's got 112K on it.

i called a local (Californian) ford stealrership and they said it was 660 plus for full fluid change aka the 90k maintenance package.
