I have a 2005 Expedition 5.4L with about 83,000 miles and its time to change the plugs. I was wondering what brand of spark plugs and what brand of coil packs you guys are using or recommend for me to use. I am going to attempt to change them out myself.

It's going to take an afternoon so buy some beer for breaks. I used the motorcraft plugs. I heard lots of stories about at issues with aftermarket coil packs so I stuck with the stock motorcraft coil packs. They are expensive. Around $80 dollars a piece, not including tax.
