could someone confirm I can put tires and wheels from a stock 2015 F150 on my 2003 Expy? Tire size is identical. Thanks!

As long as rims are same size and tires size match yes

I put FX4 wheels and tires off a 2014 on my 2003 expedition. They fit great but the FX4 wheels are 1.5" larger but still no issue.
