What kind of torsion keys have people used and how do they like them?
Also, how do the torsion keys lift the front of the car? Do they twist the torsion bars which lifts it a little or what?

I'm running the readylift 2.5" torsion keys with rancho 5000 series shocks.

What the key does is re-index your factory torsion bar "start" setting thereby achieving the lift without cranking your bars.

This allows future adjustment as well if one day you decide to add a bull guard with winch on the front. You still have room to adjust the bars up to compensate for the extra weight.

As for the ride - I like it. Feels more like a truck and was even better after
removing the sway bars.
