Hello I'm fairly new at all this and I've done a ton of searching but all I find are the first generations. And maybe I'm more an idiot than I think. The pictures of the undersides of the first generations make it look so easy to find the bolts to turn, when I look under my 05 I just don't see them, or are looking in the wrong location. If this can be done to the second gens could someone please post a image of what I'm looking to turn. I know all the ins and outs of how to do it. And i'm not looking for some huge difference just an inch to inch and a half. Thanks , Stuart

Second gen expy's do not use torsion bars for their front suspension. Only way to lift your truck would be to use spacers on the coil springs.

Thanks at least I'm not quite the idiot I was starting to believe I was. If I changed my spark plugs with success is this something that a moderately capable wrench turner could accomplish?

I have never lifted a second gen personally, but I do think it is fairly straight forward. Body lifts are a little more work, but a suspension lift should not be too bad. Just search for coil spacers for your model expedition. Truxx makes a 3/2 lift I believe. Might want to look into them.

Get the 3/2 leveling kit.. It will make a world of a difference...

Thanks guys have b=day coming up I think my list just got made. If I'm good I may even get an aftermarket muffler. Will a beefy treaded stock size tire look proportional in the wheel well with a 3/2 lift. Good tires for these things aren't a cheap endeavor and I know I haven't been good enough to start buying rims and even more expensive tire. Thanks Stuart

im running the warden d. i've had them a year. so far so good. i think i paid $600 for four shipped. shipping was $30 a tire. might be cheaper for you.
