As I was having the new 20s on the the truck one of the valve stems was damaged by the technician. For a week I drove around with inactive sensors in three of the wheels and none in one of the wheels. I received no indicator lights or warnings from the message center. Yesterday I had the new sensor installed and all of the sensors programmed to the system (horn beeped as they were recognized).

As I drove home, unbeknownst to me the tire with the new sensor was 5 lbs higher than the other three and still no warnings.

The message center says the system is active and operating properly.

Does anybody have any ideas or suggestions?

Tpms will not indicate for tires over psi...only when it goea under and then u jave to figure out which tire...they may have turned it off when they knew they broke it so it wouldn't keep flagging on u...

Thanks Freeway,

I know they didn't turn it off because the service advisor said he was surprised that the light didn't come on when the one tire didn't have the sensor it in. So something is definitely not right. I just need to find out what.

I guess the TPMS is working because I got a low pressure warning for about 30 seconds this afternoon. It's cool here today so the tires are probably a little low.
