Trailer brake

I have a 2008 exp it has both 4 pin and 7 pin plugs so I guess the. 7 pin is already wired for the brakes but where is the one under the dash? Then. I just put in a fuse/ relay right?

Should be just under the steering column 6 pin connector

There should be a pigtail/plug for the brake controller you want to use. Mine was packed in a bag with the jack.

I found the plug-in under the dash of my 2007 Limited EL with the towing package, but when I look inside the plug there's only five pins, even though it's shaped for six. Is that normal? Thanks!

Make sure the fuses and relay are in place under the hood. Mine has the 4 and 7 pin connector, but the charging relay and fuses were not installed.
