Can you use Forscan to re-learn the adaptive tables for the trans, or just disconnect negative side of the battery and leave it overnight.
Battery disconnect resets adaptive tables for the TB as well.

Disconnecting the battery may also erase any stored transmission trouble codes.

After resetting the tables, just drive as your normally would.
The TCM quickly learns your drive habits within the first few times through all the gears, then makes fine adjustments as time goes on.

Just my 2 cents. These transmission tend shift funny in cold weather if you don't allow them to warm up. I have found that in cold weather if you don't allow to warm up and the RPM to come down to normal they will shift hard. After they warm shift perfectly fine. Mine has been rebuild twice

My 2020 with 99k miles still jerks when shifting into drive (among several other transmission related annoyances) despite valve body rebuilds, having the CDF replaced, and resetting the adaptive tables numerous times. Sadly, I've just learned to live with these 10R80 issues. I've driven probably 8 different vehicles with the 10R80 (mostly rentals) and of course my personal vehicle is the only that has exhibited these issues.
