Harsh engagement from park/reverse/neutral to drive

2018 ford expedition 10r80 transmission get harsh engagement. I . This problem only happens when the transmission fluid is warm. When it is "cold" it engages fine. When driven, it shifts through all the gears very smooth, my only problem is the harsh engagement. Any solutions? Thanks

The TCM relearn only does the shifting in between gears. It wont do anything for P to D or P to R or D to R or R to D. Did you do a transmission fluid change and get the updated coolant thermostat so the transmission runs cooler?

My transmission has reached 93 degrees Celsius so far, and I can see that on my digital console.

I reset the TCM once and then this jump started.

This means that when I shift the vehicle from park to drive, the vehicle jumps as if the clutch is suddenly engaged. This is my problem.
