I have the other post up showing the new headlights and corners. The work great. The turn single is clear lens so the old yellow bulb I switched out for a Sliverstar that is a blue bulb. Bulbs blue but its just white light when on.
I'm running the ultra whites in the headlights and even with the matching turn signal bulb they are not as white. It lights up just a little better then a standard clear bulb but has the tan tinge to it. Dont want tan, I want white!
With the turn signal on and blinking off the other filament in the bulb it lights up to match the white in the headlights.
Do you think I can change the wire placement in the plug to run the blinker filament full time and the smaller filament used as a blinker? You can clearly see the difference in the filament size so it burns brighter but do you think it will produce to much heat for the lens of the corner light? The bulb does sit pretty close to the lens.
There is 3 wires on the plug so my guess is one for the negative, one for parking/running light and one for the blinker.
