These days meineke, and Midas actually have some pretty decent techs. I worked for awhile as a service writer, and my top 2 diagnostic techs were spot on. Besides with all the codes and issues, she's looking at a pretty hefty bill. Not to mention its probably led a tough life. Whenever you get a vehicle with that many codes/issues, its like clearing out your garage, close your eyes, throw/walk away!

I live in Miami the techs that work at those shops all suck. The really good ones have their own shops or work at the dealers that pay really good here.

Personally I do all my own stuff and have had really good luck with my truck. Bought it new and put all 340k miles on it myself, but all issues have been taken care right away. Now it’s just a weekend toy to haul the mustang to the track [emoji51]

Wish our lady friend could wrench herself, but 5 little one's, that's probably not a possibility. Think of all the wrench and socket helpers she has. I think Meineke has a fairly close diagnosis. Can she get it done cheaper,? Provably, but its still gonna be a large repair. Wish we could help, anyone near Henderson Nevada want to lend their time?
