Have a 2000 Expedition with a vibration I can't pin point. I've replaced the tires, tie-rods, ball joints had the front end aligned but I still have the vibration when I reach speeds of 50 mph or greater.

What could be causing this?

That was my guess too lol. They arn't built to last you can pull the whole drive shaft if you want. If it run smooth there was your problem. Universals. I don't know of any reason you can't run it in rear wheel drive till you get the part. Really easy DIY.
