I tried and still no result. However, My nephew took the VIN and looked it up at work. Thank you for your reply.

Just FYI on the FordEtis site. I received this email, here is an excerpt:

Dear FordEtis User,

In June 2021 Ford communicated to FordEtis users to advise them of the migration of FordEtis Online (https://www.etis.ford.com ) to the new Ford SERVICE Info site (https://www.fordserviceinfo.com ).
As migration is nearly complete, Ford will email a final confirmation of when the functionality will be available on the new Ford SERVICE Info Site.

The targeted date to decommission FordEtis Online is 6th December 2021. After this date FordEtis online will no longer be accessible and we advise that if you have any invoices or credit notes required for end of year financials.
You will need to download and back up invoices and credit notes before the target date.
