VSM - Vehicle Security Module needed

I have a 2005 Expedition NBX (an XLT). I need a new VSM for it. I have seen various p/n floating around out there with all kinds of revisions. I can get it done a bit cheaper with my dealer if I get the new one and have it all ready for flashing. I need to buy one though. What is the PN and what will it cost me?
