atzs or mtz? i herd the atzs will last forever if properly maintained. i wanted to get the mtz but they were kind of pricey.

MT's are good but can be kind of noisy depending on the brand. If you plan on offroading, i would go with a MT. AT's are nice but get slick real fast in mud. The MT's should also do okay in the snow.

wow thats not good... I did better than that even before the edge... but staying right in between 11-12 on computer and by hand...

What gear ratio do you have in your differentials? When you did the torsion key did you get new torsion bars? I would like to get the keys but someone told me that without new bars, the lift won't be as much as it should be.

the computer said i was getting 8.8 before the programmer but that was due to the tire size if done by hand i was getting around 10 as well.. i get 12.3 on the highway and 11.4 arond town now with the programmer and the speedo being correct... i have 3.73 running 35's... but with all the the last two weeks its back down around 10

So what is a good year round 33" tire that will work on my factory rims? I live in Northeast PA so we get snow, and I don't plan on offroading with my truck

i still have stock gears 3.73 and stock torsion bars... my keys were installed when my fabtech lift kit was installed since torsion bars had to be removed anyways... but really all you have to do it crank the torsion bar bolts and it does the same thing...

best tires I feel for daily driving and snow I am in northern NY are a BFG AT, General Grabber AT2 "I have fallen in love with these tires I would have them if they made a 37... basically a BFG but a lot cheaper" and finally my fav is Procomp extreme AT... but there regular AT has been very good on snow and ice for a few of my friends that are running them

Last question lol can I run a 35" tire with just a 3" body lift? And beside from converting to coils and ditching the factory air ride, can I get coil spacers and torsion keys for it? Or is that only if it doesn't have the air ride?

with the right tire width and backspacing, you could fit a 35 but she would be a little tight. you would have rubbing when hard turn to left and right, like backing out of your driveway for example. but you can do a little trimming of the plastic lower bumper valence and you would be fine. if you want 35's with the 3" BL, i wouldnt go wider than a 9" rim with 4.5" backspacing. you wont be able to do coil spacers if you dont have coils, so...you will need to do the conversion for that. if i were you, i would go with the 3" BL for now, throw some 35's on it, and then decide if you want to add a susp lift on it later or just do the coil conversion with spacers and torsion twist.

Ok so until I ditch the air ride, the body lift is the only way to go up for now? I was looking at other lift kits, and it says about without the factory air ride, now do I need to buy the coil kit, then buy a lift kit on top of that?

naw it should work. i think they give you new air shocks and a spacer for the rear bags. but if your going 5" i would just convert it first. if it comes with coils and shocks then thats the conversion right there. you just cant use your air. cause there are no air shocks or bags.
