That will absolutely help, but something to think about is what a few of the people here have done -installing aftermarket sway bars. The difference is supposed to be night and day.

it is...complete surprise in handling improvements and when you buy anti-sway bar kit you get all the bushings...best to go ahead and change out the links at that time but the stock sway bars are nothing compared to aftermarket by hellwig...too bad eibach doesnt make them for our trucks anymore...doing the swap is like adding a supercharger to the truck...response is immediate...curves are controlled more in terms of body lean...before sway bar upgrade i could only take s-crurve at posted 35 mph...and my wife would complain and yell every time...after upgrade...i've gone as fast as 52 mph with her in it and was in complete control...and thats with 26 inch rims

That looks like just the rear sway bar. You need the front sway bar also.

It was like 440 total. Might have a shop put it in.

Just got my expy back from the shop. Had them do my plugs, coil packs, alternator, and put the new sway bars on. There I such a big difference. I think I need to change my struts though.
