Decided to investigate a wobble/vibration issue I had. after getting a rotation, I noticed the vibration moved with a specific wheel. turns out that wheel was up front when the expy was involved in a minor collision, that coupled with the scrap yard marks on the sway bar and LCarm let me to investigate that wheel.
On the inside of the wheel (after I spent 20 mins with a wire brush and half a bottle of mean green) I noticed little dings in the rim randomly around the inside wall, about 2 to 3 mm wide and maybe 1 mm deep. placing the wheel on the rear supported from the pumpkin, I put the truck in "1" and observed the inner and outer part and noticed the inside of the rim moves about 1.5mm up and 1.5mm down, about 3mm total travel. seems to explain the vibration at highway speed and light wobble when going through smooth town roads
TL;DR, where can I find some steel rims like the spare one that don't have messed up paint for cheap? unfortunately, I haven't found a pull a part yard with more than one expy and we only have two or three yards in my state.
