Water injection

Has anyone tried a water injection system?

No just a std 5.4L,

water injection won't do anything for a stock motor

Yep. Devices that cool intake temps (charge temp) only have a real effect on blown or turbo'd engines.

What you will prolly want is nitrous...as long as it's not a big shot.
