Put on a Cold Air Intake and removed the exhaust from the Cat, back. Left the O2 sensors and CAT in tact, seem to be loosing more mileage. Are these trucks known to suck once the exhaust is removed?

Parts to come:

EGR & O2 Sensors
Headers.

Lose a lot of torque and back pressure doing that, so it doesn't surprise me too much that you saw a decrease in mileage, though I wouldn't think it would be significant. That and you probably can't keep the foot out of the loud pedal now... I have that issue with mine.

Lucas Products Believer Since 2012!

After you fix the leak and eliminate the misfires you have, try adding Lucas Injector Treatment when you fill up with gas. This additive has nothing to do with fixing the problems you reported, but I swear by this stuff. Two or three times per year I add 12oz to a full tank before a long trip.

Just about all additives have their detractors for myriad reasons. I'm not recommending the Lucas product as a repair; it's a maintenance procedure. Try it after you have tuned up your Expedition and see if you recognize a difference.

Lucas Quart Fuel Treatment and Injector Cleaner

I have been using the Lucas Product Line since 2012... the fuel treatment prior to every fill up for increased gas mileage and optimum engine performance (3 oz. / 10 gallons of gas... 30 gallon tank would use 9 oz.)... the oil treatment with every oil change (substitute for one quart of oil)... and the transmission treatment every fluid change (again substitute for one quart of transmission fluid).

I agree this a maintenance and preventive measure but have personally witnessed the results and will continue to use with every vehicle that I will ever own! (Simply a completely satisfied customer and I have no affiliation or compensation for stating my .02¢). Walmart is the cheapest place to get each of them, all three (quart size) is about $35 bucks.
