Just bought a 2000 Expedition XLT 4.6 4x4 with 200,000+ miles. Truck runs and drives like it has half of that. I am not sure of previous service records and I want to change gear oil in both differentials as well as in transfer case.
What brand and type should I buy?
Also, is there anything else I should or shouldn't do in the process? (Considering I almost made the mistake of getting transmission flush until I've read the warnings in other posts)
Since that topic just came up, does anyone else have any input on transmission flush?
I'm new here and this is my first post. Thanks for the help in advance.
