Next electrical task; either install the 1000W (or maybe the 1750W) inverter I inherited from work, or maybe get around to the COPs and plugs on #'s 3 and 4...

I changed the plugs, and had a miracle. None of them stuck or came apart.

I purchase 2 new U-joints for my rear driveshaft and sat them in the garage along with all my other parts I am collecting..

I now have new upper control arms, lower bushings and ball joints, motor mounts, and U-joints.

If only I could get my wife to install them. :insane:

Noticed that 3 of my tires are leaking. Two of them lost about 3-4 PSI in two weeks, but one is losing about 8-10/week.
Sprayed them all with soapy water and found nothing. Looks like it's time to reseat the beads or buy new rims. I'm running on the original 2004 mags.

Are they leaking from the back side of the tires? You would see the bubbles along the bead if they were leaking there. Could be bad valve stems, though it seems weird all 4 would go out. What kind of tires?

Now that the Expy has new rockers, doors and a fresh paint job I bought a full set of those Vent Shade vent visors.

I sprayed the valve and the bead seams on both sides and nothing. I suspect the rims themselves might be leaking. Or maybe it's the beads but they leak so slowly that i can't see it with the soapy water. Wish i had a large tub to dunk the wheels into.

First I'll get the bead seats wire brushed and the tires reinstalled. If that doesn't work, i'll just buy a set of used steelies. I wanna go for the police pack look anyway and black steelies with chrome caps would fit the bill :)

The tires are 3-year old Yokohama Geolandar winter tires.

Painted the front grill on my 2000EB, and found the connection that was causing a random air bag dash light under the passenger seat and fixed that.
