What did you guys/gals pay for your expy? Did you purchase or lease? What was the trim and msrp, what discounts or coupons did you use? How did you get your coupons as well? I have an idea of how to get to the payment i want with current rates, but want to see if dealers are willing to deal. Hopefully lease interest goes down the next few mnths, closer to 7%.

SPP Max, $86,465 MSRP, $2500 PCO/ECO coupon from ford, worked with the dealer to end up at $80k. Granger would be the cheapest at 4% under invoice, or at least try to leverage that to get anywhere close from your local dealer. No ford incentives currently, outside of a PCO/ECO if you're lucky like i was.

If I were here, you would know it !
Well, in Oct '24, my brother & SIL bought 2x Fully loaded Stealth Max's for $152.5k OTD, but they paid cash, had no trade-ins, and got them from the same dealer & salesman they had bought 6 other vehicles from in the past 10 years or so, therefore they got the "frequent flyer discount" along with whatever incentives that were available at that time :D

Platinum Max SPP w/ floor liners/cargo mat and one-time Connectivity Pkg
MSRP $87,290
Invoice $83,762
Granger $80,351 + $180 doc fee + $65 in-transit fee (?) + state sales tax.

No local dealer would even come close for me; best was invoice + $500 + dealer add-ons to order a unit.
~$4k difference + 5 years interest on that extra amount financed.
Consequently I will be traveling to Iowa and driving my new Expy home in late July/early August.

Platinum Max Ultimate with lifetime subscription of Bluecruise & Connect pkg. $97,330.00 MSRP. Fleet discount -$6330.
Trade: 2020 Platinum Max with 116K miles $27,000 trade value.
Cash price with tax out the door $69,862
That's a great deal, but I doubt the fleet discount is available to the general public, or is it ?

Id have had no concerns going with Granger, i almost did. Main difference was granger would not guarantee my PCO. Apparently granger had gotten burned before, and is a little more cautious around PCO's. In my case, i would have ended up probably being OK since i got my VIN prior to the PCO expiring in the end, but the fact my local dealer would guarntee the PCO and they have been super solid for me on multiple service/warranty issues, i ended up going with them. Even without the PCO they were still under invoice ($82,500, invoice was $83,045). Granger was at $79,666, -$2500 if PCO would have worked, so $77,166, so i ended up $2,800 higher.

I did use granger as leverage, and they even say they encourage folks to do so, folks should keep that in mind.

I do own a business but not a lot of vehicle purchases. I just asked my dealer for the fleet discount, filled out some forms with Ford and it was a done deal. Purchased my last expedition through a different Ford dealer and got the same deal.

I also went with Granger. Live in Kansas so not too long of a drive.
SPP with an MSRP of $83,450 down to $77,118.05 after fee's and before taxes. They also met the best trade offer I could find around KC. Quick and painless process. Would recommend.
