I see alot of talk about TSB's, I am very new to this site. I have gone and seen all the TSB's via the link on this site, and I believe I have a problem that is under a TSB. Does this mean that the dealership will fix it free? Sorry for the ignorance, but im just curious if I can get a free fix regarding my eddie bauer mirrors not returning to orignal position after used as a back up aid.

A "TSB" or "Technical Service Bulletin" is what the manufacturers issue when they discover a potential problem that has been discovered affecting a certain model of car. They have been around many years and have recently been a matter of public notice. These are usually sent out after a problem has been reported on more than one occasion, safety concerns, or guidance from the home office is issued. You can check TSB's on NHTSA for any year, make and model of car. However, just because there is a TSB issued does not mean that the dealer must make the repairs. They are purely informational.
