What is this? It is buzzing.

The driver side thingy is buzzing. Is it a heat sheild. Looking for some advice.

Yes the buzzing is because it’s loose and vibrating

Its a heat shield. Find someone to tack weld it back to the exhaust pipe.

Mine fell off. I never replaced it.
