What size bolts are these: steering rack to subframe?

W711590-S439 OEM Ford Part Number - Insulator Mount Bolt 2007-2010 Ford

Looks like they’re somewhere between 1” and 1.25”.
See #14 in diagram. Maybe M26?

Update: 27mm socket worked, although a little loose. I was also able to hammer on a 1 inch 12 point box wrench FYI
