The 2-piece plugs are long gone, so removal issues are not a concern. You're not going to gain any longevity by swapping them out way before their time either. It's your nickel, but it's not a turbo and swapping them out every 30k doesn't actually accomplish anything outside of raising your cost of ownership. Ditto for the use of Lucas fuel treatment every fill-up.
Thanks for the input. Yes, you are correct about the 2 piece plugs being long gone. However, the 2008 Expys had the heads redesigned due to carbon build up making it difficult for plug removal. Had a rough time backing plugs out when I went waaaaay beyond my 30k replacement interval on my 2007 Expy. I could just remove and reinstall the same plugs just to free up carbon build-up but if i spin them out, I might as well put new ones back in. Yes........I spend more on this maintenance item, but one cannot place a value on piece of mind.
