Where does the left hands free lift gate sensor attach?

I recently got a 2020 ford expedition max xlt from auction. When I started to put it together I couldn’t find a place where the foot sensor( one with all the holes)?attaches to the bumper, any help would be appreciated.

All of those holes you can see in the bottom of the bumper cover in the pic. But, I'll save you some time....Toss it. They are useless. I disconnected mine years ago. It had two modes: 1) When both hands were full and I needed it to operate, it would not work on a bet. I would kick, wave my foot, dance, cuss, yell, etc. 2) Every time it was in the garage unlocked and the dog walked by it, it would open....into the garage door or the garage door opening. Colossal POS.
