Does the marker lights on my trailer. I ask because I have a 7 pin plug and EVERYTHING works fine but my marker lights (so I am thinking it's a fuse). I am talking about the lights that come on the trailer when you turn on your headlights. FYI headlights and fog lights and everything night related works just fine on the car. I have looked over the owners manual over and over and can't find the fuse. I have a 09 Expedition Eddie Bauer, but I got a feeling all 09 Expeditions use the same fuse blocks. Does anybody know where I need to look???? Trying to avoid a call to my dealer.

i am not sure how yours is compared to my 01 but i have fuses both in the cab and under the hood. the problem i had with my jet ski trailer for the marker lights was the fuse box under the hood. i cannot remember which one it was but there was a fuse for rt blinker, lt blinker, and i think i had a separate one for marker lights. i will double check and get back to you. you may also have a bad pin on your connector or a ground issue to your markers....
Make sure your marker lights are actual lights and not just reflectors. If they are lights make sure the bulbs are not burned out. If they are not burned out, get a multi-meter with 12V DC or a 12V DC light probe. Turn on the head lights and check to see if there is 12V DC or the light probe lights up on pin #3 on the 7 pin connector. If you have power at pin #3 your Expedition is good and there is a probable trailer wiring issue. If you don't have power at pin #3, it is probably a fuse on your Expedition.
