I get 13-14 in town, and 17-18 hiway. 100% stock. 2005 NBX

Got as high as 18.3 once when i filled up and was only about 300 yards from the highway. Hopped on, set cruise, and didnt stop for 300 miles. Then got off the road and filled up again to check my mileage.

Went from Ruidoso NM to Austin not to long ago and was a averaging about 18 mpg at an average of 80 - 85 mph. Mostly back roads. I was very surprised. It's completely stock and we had 5 people and full with luggage. I'm so glad I got a Ford again. My Durango would have never done close to that.

o and baker its mark hayward not haywood lol. i talked to him about the mpg readings bein wayyyyyy off and he said his was off to. he told me what to do to fix it. first you erase all mileage counters it has made then maunally put in actual mileage into computer he said within a few fill ups of actually tellin the edge how much gas you put in etc and reseting the trip it will be accurate. he said from what he has learned about vehicle onboard mileage computers is they are either dead on or way off. most people dont reset their overhead mileage reading in their truck each time they fill up so if you set it and drive 1000 miles freeway then fill up again and do all city driving of course its gonna be wrong since it is averaging the little bit of city driving that you did with the 1000 miles of highway etc

alaskan thats what i used to get with my old roomates old fullsize ford ranger, had a 460 and the hubs froze everywinter so he always put it in 4x4 before winter hit. i used to drive it to town to pick up supplies when we where "without that truck" snowed in. at the time my only vehicle was my corolla and his other truck was a 2wd f150
