I'm Dave. I live in Flagstaff, Arizona. I grew up in Pittsburgh, was in the Navy for 7 years as an aircraft mechanic up on the flight deck.

I own mostly Toyotas.

1993 FZJ80 Land Cruiser
1988 FJ62 Land Cruiser
1986 4x4 pickup factory turbo.


What brings me here?

My wife wants a newer car. We really like the Expedition for several reasons:

Seats 8
Will tow our 20ft boat or our pop up with no trouble.
Comfortable.
Ford didn't take the government money.



I posted a poll about one that we have in consideration

I have an '05 XLT. It's nothing fancy or special but man I love the thing. I have 120k on it and the things still runs like it's brand new.

Yep. I was an AMH2. AF/TS with Prowlers. I guess they don't separate the designator anymore and the Mighty Prowler is being phased out for the Growler.

Yep - that white rig looks familiar! One of my buds that I wheel with was in the AZ Landcruiser club for awhile with his fj40 and fj60.
