Hello I been chasing gremlins on my 4 wheel system for sometime now it will not disengage I changed vacuum actuators I changed vacuum switch on firewall no vacuum leak in hoses I hear clicks from vacuum switch when I move selector switch on dash I did not change Trans case motor any suggestions would greatly be appreciated Thank you jon

Any DTC codes from the OBDII ? Generally P17xx codes will point you to the transmission and drivetrain. Do you have a laptop you can put ForScan on ?
