2004 Expedition Eddie Bauer. Installed a new intake manifold, engine ran fine but had five codes. Removed the intake manifold and found these broken wires shown in the pic. Location is rear of the cylinder head on the driver's side and the wires were encased in a woven tube. Hoping to see correlation to codes P0403 EGR flow circuit, P0135 O2 sensor heat, P0155 O2 sensor heat, P0443 EVAP purge valve C fault, P0446 EVAP vent circuit malfunction. Can anyone identify the wires?

I can't identify them with certainty. I can't even see that on my truck. I can, however, tell you the bundle appears to go down to where the O2 sensors are located. So there's a good chance that will resolve at least those 2 codes. If it was mine they would get repaired identified or not and since they are color coded it should be pretty easy to identify what ends go together. I'd open up the wire loom and solder in some wire to repair the damaged wires.
