Wondering if some tires will fit.

I'm looking at a set of rims with 305/50R18's. The tires are almost new, he's selling the set for $500. The bolt pattern is the older style, so I'd need 1.5" adapters to make them fit my lugs. I'm trying to find out if this has a remote chance of fitting or if I should pass on the rims.

What year is ur expo?
What bolt pattern are the rims?
The tire size will fit no problem
I run 305/35/24's with no issues at all
