Wont start, anti theft

Hi guys, my 2010 ford expedition wont start and has the anti theft on. The dealer said it might be throttle body. Could this be the culprit? Nway any help would be appeeciated.thank you

Our 2013 was driving and shut off, wouldn't even try starting. We towed in to the dealer who replaced a relay that powers some computer modules or something.
