    Make sure all of your suspension parts are functional and tight. Ball joints, tie rods pittman arm, idler arm and the shocks are all a good start. Good luck with it.

    New Ex with few issues

    +1 on clearing the codes. Sounds like the coil you put on was bad as well or you have another bad coil somewhere. You need to test the coils with a volt meter. I am definately not a fan of replacing one coil at a time. Especially if they havent been done in along time. Just my .02 Good luck.

    Yes a bad O2 sensor can cause those problems. If your getting a code. I recommend changing the O2 sensors.

    +1 on what Tom said. Sounds like you could have disturbed something. Check the air intake hose that loops around the egr and plugs into the intake. Also make sure your egr sensor hoses are connected on both ends.

    Question...Is the key the locksmith made programed? Get some spare keys off ebay and program them yourself. Its easy takes a couple minutes to do. And will save you time money and a grand headeache.
